"Dammed Indians Revisited" is the One Book South Dakota selection, a program of the South Dakota Humanities Council in which everyone is encouraged to read and discuss the same title. "Dammed Indians Revisited" author Michael Lawson will be in Pierre for a book signing and discussion from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at the Cultural Heritage Center. Lawson will continue to lead the discssion during a two-hour excursion on the Capital City Queen. The Capital City Queen will depart at 2:30 p.m. from Oahe Marina. People may call the Cultural Heritage Center at 773-6346 to reserve tickets for the Capital City Queen.
