About Us

Countryside is a grassroots, non-profit that provides diverse programs of support for individuals in the community who are faced with cancer, memory loss and end of life issues. This includes support, education, travel and lodging funds for cancer patients; screening, education and support for patients with memory loss; and funding for hospice services.

Services are available free of charge to patients and their families, made possible by memberships, memorials, donations, fundraising events, thrift store proceeds and volunteer donations of time and expertise.
