SDN Communications is the premier network service provider in the region with more than 50,000 miles of fiber optics connecting eight states with high-speed dedicated internet and wide-area-network connectivity. SDN also offers managed services including Fortinet Firewalls, Managed Routers and Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection.

SDN's network is made up of its 17 owner companies - South Dakota's independent telecommunications companies.

SDN serves businesses both large and small, however, our specialty is serving multi-location, enterprise businesses and anchor institutions – businesses and entities that require secure connectivity and high network availability.
