3rd Annual Coat Drive and Give Away

Pierre/Ft. Pierre residents are encouraged to look over their winter wear to see what can be donated. We are looking for clean and gently used coats, hats and gloves for both adults and children. These items are in great demand. In 2017, 300 coats were distributed at no charge to people in the community. This is an amazing experience to see whole families come in, find items that fit and get ready for cold weather.

Coats are being collected at Lynn's Dakota Mart in both Pierre and Fort Pierre, the YMCA, Northridge Plaza and at two locations inthe chuch, the north entrance and the south entrance. Coat collection will end Oct. 29.
Coats, mittens, hats and scarves will be given out inthe Trinity Center on November 8th from 1-6pm and November 9th from 1-6pm.
