50's Rock and Roll Dance

The Ballroom Swisher's Dance Club is hosting a 50's Rock and Roll Dance - 'At the Hop' on Saturday, October 1st at the Community & Youth Involved Center in Fort Pierre from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. Featured is the "Something New Band," recently inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A live auction, silent auction, a diner menu, and cash bar are part of an evening of great music and fun. 50's dress is encouraged and a contest will be held for the best 50's outfit. Tickets and tables are available by calling ACS at 605-224-6772. All proceeds will support breast cancer research and programs with the American Cancer Society.
