
American Cancer Society Daffodil Days 2012
Daffodil Days are the first flower of spring and a flower of hope for families dealing with cancer. Through its annual Daffodil Days campaign, the American Cancer Society raises money for cancer education, patient services and lifesaving research. Volunteers are now taking orders in over 70 business and office locations in Pierre and Fort Pierre until February 22nd. Flowers ordered through an office volunteer will be delivered on March 12th.
To place an order, call the American Cancer Society at 605-224-6772. The flowers will be available for pick up at 12:00 p.m., on March 12, 2012 at the upper level parking lot of the American Cancer Society at 221 S. Central. Daffodil items available are:
Bunch of Daffodils for $10 donation
Bunch and Vase for $15 donation
Gift of Hope bouquet are delivered to cancer patients in our area for $25 donation
Bear and A Bunch for $25 donation
Bear Hugs for $25 donation, the American Cancer Society delivers a Boyd's Bear to children in cancer treatment centers in Sioux Falls.
Daffodils are a thoughtful way to say thank you to a friend, neighbor or family member who has been helpful and they give encouragement to anyone going through cancer. Give Daffodils. Give Hope.
