American Heart Association 2015 Central South Dakota Heart Walk
The Central SD Heart Walk educates South Dakotans about the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and stroke and what we can do to prevent them. Funds raised support medical research, regional grants and educational programs of the American Heart Association. Walkers are engaged in educational activities, entertainment and healthy snacks.
