Beginning Knitting

The first class will teach casting on and the knit stitch, the second class will teach the purl stitch and casting off. The third and fourth classes will cover gauges and reading a pattern, as well as offer hands-on help with any questions that come up while working these first projects. April will provide a choice of starter patterns for participants. Please bring your own worsted weight yarn and size 8 knitting needles to the first class. Class size is limited to 6 students; participant?s minimum age is 16.
