Best Pheasant Recipe Contest

During Rooster Rush, the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce & Convention and Visitors Bureau will be hosting a series of events in the Pierre/Fort Pierre Area to welcome the hunters. On Monday and Tuesday, October 17th & 18th, people are invited to enter their best pheasant recipe into the Best Pheasant Recipe Contest. The dish must be prepared and dropped off at the Chamber of Commerce office between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. each day. Along with the prepared dish should be the recipe and instructions for making the pheasant dish. Dishes will be judged on appearance and taste.
