Birth with Confidence: HypnoBirthing Childbirth Preparation
Birth with Confidence: HypnoBirthing Childbirth Preparation. Taught by Dr. Laura Prunty who is a chiropractor, certified birth doula and certified HypnoBirthing practioner.
This is a 5 week course that will prepare you for labor and delivery. It will help you feel prepared, excited and confidant for your labor and help you stay calm, relaxed and achieve the birth you want. Breathing and relaxation is taught and practiced in class.
Class dates: Monday nights Sept. 12, 19, 26 and Oct. 3, 10
Tuesday nights Oct. 13, 20, 27 and Nov. 3, 10
