Childbirth CLass
A 1-session in person class offered by Growing Up Together and Avera OB Staff. Topics covered: Pregnancy, Stages and progression of labor, birth stories, comfort and pain management, medical procedures cesareans, newborn and postpartum care, practices or Avera St. Mary's Women's Center, Questions and Anwers with OB Staff. Support persons are encouraged to attend!
