Childbirth Class
This class provides important pregnancy and childbirth information for expectant parents. Topics covered include Lamaze breathing and relaxation techniques, progression and stages of labor, newborn care, comfort and pain management techniques, tour of OB wing & anesthesiologist presentation. Class runs four consecutive Thursdays.
