Childbirth Class

This class provides important childbirth information to expecting moms and their support person. Topics covered include risk factors, stages and phases of labor, relaxation techniques, newborn care and presentations from Avera St. Mary's Hospital Anesthetist and Physical Therapy Department. Class dates are October 10, November 6, 13, 20, 2014. Pre-registration is required and scholarships are available to assist with the registration fee.
