Childbirth Class

This class provides important childbirth information to expecting moms and their support person. Topics covered include, risk factors, stages and phases of labor, relaxation techniques, newborn care and a tour of the Obstectric Wing. The class is held on four weeks: November 7, 14, 21, 26, 2013.
