Customer Service Training Seminar with V.J. Smith

The Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce and Convention and Visitors Bureau, along with the South Dakota Department of Tourism invites you to attend this Customer Service Training, with guest speaker V.J. Smith. Smith is the author of The Richest Man in Town, the story of Marty, a cashier at Walmart in Brookings, SD. Marty was considered rich because he was loved and respected, but most of all, he was content with every aspect of his life, no regrets.

Smith speaks about lifetime experiences and peppers his talks with anecdotes and personal stories to illustrate key points. He feels he is better equipped to be a storyteller, not a preacher.
