Downtown Trick-or-Treating

Come get in the Halloween spirit on Historic Pierre Street with trick-or-treating for the whole family! Costume contest sponsored by BankWest at 6:00 p.m., there will be a trunk-or-treating in the City Parking Lot behind Capitol City Florists, sponsored by Oahe Federal Credit Union.
