This is the new 2017 documentary about Casey Tibbs personal and professional life. "Floating Horses - The Life of Casey Tibbs" Film Debut. Showings at 4pm and 7pm (central time) at the Riggs High School Theater, 1010 E. Broadway, Pierre. This is the week of Fort Pierre's Bicentennial. Event is open to the public. We cannot charge for tickets. Free will offering will assist in the three years of producer's costs and theater rental. Seats limited to 1,000 for each showing. Due to high anticipation of this film debut it's recommended to get in line early. Doors open at 3:30 for first showing and at 6:30 for second showing. Produced by South Dakota Native Justin Koehler.
