Come out to eat at the Pizza Ranch in Ft. Pierre on Wednesday, May 11th. Proceeds from transactions occurring between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. will be donated to the Dorschner family to help with medical expenses occurring since her stroke on March 7, 2011.
