Heather Mangan Reception & Talk
Short Grass Arts Council and the South Dakota Heritage Foundation are co-sponsoring a reception for Heather Mangan starting at 2:00 pm, followed by Heather sharing her experiences and thoughts on her Peace Corps tour. The talk will start at approximately 2:30 and Heather will be available for follow-up discussion until 4:00.
