History and Heritage Book Club

Richard W. Etulain will tell about one of the best-known women of the American West: Calamity Jane. He is the author of "The Life and Legends of Calamity Jane." The first part of the book is a biography of Calamity Jane, while the second part examines stories that have shaped Calamity Jane's reputation. Everyone is welcome to attend the free program. The book "The Life and Legends of Calamity Jane" is available at the Heritage Stores at the Cultural Heritage Center and the Capitol.
