Housing Market Analysis Forum

Please join the PEDCO Board of Directors for a public forum on the merits of performing a housing market analysis on Thursday, May 5th at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center from 6-8:00 p.m. Aberdeen, Brookings, Huron and Spearfish have all recently hired research firms to analyze their housing markets. Representatives will share why their communities decided to have it done, what they learned from it, and what actions they were able to take as a result.

Based on concerns expressed by employers and citizens, PEDCO is coordinating this effort to involve our public and private entities in pursuing a housing market analysis at an estimated cost of $18,000. Some governmental entities and private businesses have already expressed their support. We hope to see you there.
