Hyde Building Ribbon Cutting/Open House
Please join Fred and Sherry Thurston, owners of Piercap, LLC as they open the doors and offer tours of the Hyde Building third floor, located at the corner of Pierre St., and Capitol Ave.
The Hyde Building is a 1906 3-story brick building with a total of 19,500 square feet. The final project will be an all new building in a historic shell with new high efficient mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The building will be LEED Gold certified.
