Hurricane: Don Q Light Rum, Myer’s Dark Rum, Passion Fruit Puree, Simple Syrup, Orange & Lime Juice, Grenadine
Bourbon Street: Rebel Yell, Strawberry Puree, Lemon Juice, Angostura Bitters, Ginger Beer
Creole Short Rib: Beef short rib, sous vide and finished on the grill. Served with a smoky, spicy creole red sauce, fresh baked cornbread and vegetable.
Shrimp & Grits: A low-country classic. Creamy cheddar and gouda grits, topped with jumbo black tiger shrimp sauteed with holy trinity, bacon and andouille sausage. Served with corn ribs and grilled schiacciata.
Boudin Fritters: Traditional cajun boudin sausage, coated in panko breadcrumbs and fried. Served with cajun dijon remoulade.
