Please join the Pierre Area Chamber of Commerce for a fundraiser benefiting Pierre's 13th Annual Parade of Lights at Perkins Restaurant & Bakery on Thursday, October 10, 2013 from 5-8:00 p.m. 20% of the proceeds will go to benefit the Parade of Lights.
