Parents Matter Coalition Dinner Event

Parents Matter Coalition is pleased to announce a parent and community dinner event at the Capitol Lake Visitors Center (between the Capitol and the Capitol Lake). We will be rolling out our "Character is Contagious" initiative and our dynamic speaker, Brenda Clark Hamilton, will be giving us ideas on how we can instill character traits in ourselves, homes, work, and in the community. The event is a perfect opportunity for any individual or business owner and their employees. This is a free event open to adults only. Dinner will be served. Seats are limited so please RSVP to Amy Fowler.

"Character is Contagious" initiative: At the last coalition meeting we decided to highlight the same traits as the Pierre School District. Every month from September - May we will highlight a different trait within the community in hopes that everyone will be exposed to the same trait. We will try to highlight different examples of the trait, what it looks like and what it may sound like. Please be looking for these posters around town and feel free to hang them up in your home or business.
