Parents Matter Coalition's August guest speaker will be Captain Elton Blemaster of the Pierre Police Department .(this is the rescheduled June presentation) Captain Blemaster will be presenting, "Partnerships to Prevent Alcohol Sales to Under 21 Year-Olds", The Parents Matter Coalition meeting is scheduled for August 10, 2011, at Noon in the 5th Floor Conference Room of St. Mary's Health Care Center.
