Pie Day

This year marks the 20th Annual Attorney General Pie Day and the wonderful opportunity it presents to enjoy our festive State Capitol. This is an event that began in Wasta, SD, a town along the Cheyanne River and I-90. The desert was offered to voters on election day until then Attorney General Mark Barnett ruled it was an illegal enticement. The residents of Wasta were invited to Pierre during the holiday season to have a slice in exchange for missing the pie on election day.
