Pierre Players Outside the Box: Love, Loss, and What I Wore
Experience Pierre Players Community Theatre's new venture, Outside the Box! Come at 7:30 p.m. to enjoy a drink and mingle. The show will start at 8 p.m. About the Show: Love, Loss, and What I Wore by Delia & Nora Ephron is play of monologues and ensemble pieces about women, clothes, and memory covering all the important subjects—mothers, prom dresses, mothers, buying bras, mothers, hating purses, and why we only wear black. Based on the bestselling book by Ilene Beckerman. About Outside the Box: Outside the Box is a new series for PPCT to perform scripts not chosen for the main stage, gauge audience feedback on new scripts or those by local playwrights, give more people an opportunity to be involved in our community theater, and broaden our reach into the community. Performances will be done readers theater style and open to the public to attend, with a free-will offering requested to help cover costs.
