These annual spring meetings across the state bring us together to talk about what's going on in the arts community. This year, important elements of these fresh conversations will find their way into the strategic planning of the SouthDakota ArtsCouncil and Arts South Dakota. Ideas and issues will merge into the design of programs and services for the arts and arts education in South Dakota.
