Scotty Philip Memorial Wagon Trail Ride
The Scotty Philip Memorial Ride begins at Philip, SD and ends at Fort Pierre, SD. It is sponsored by the Verendrye Museum Association.

The ride leaves Philip on July 16 and follows the Bad River Trail, arriving in Fort Pierre on July 23.
Location
The cities of Philip, Midland and Fort Pierre will work with local ranchers/landowners to commemorate the life of Scotty Phillip, often called the man who saved the buffalo.
Fees/Admission
Cost is $250 for adults and $150 for children 12 and under.
