SD 5K for Healthy Kidneys
This fun and family-friendly 5k is being hosted by the Rancour family of Pierre as a fundraiser for the Alport Syndrome Foundation. The Rancours have two children affected by Alport Syndrome and this foundation funds research and social networking / support for AS families.
