SD Governor's Prayer Breakfast
The prayer breakfast is a statewide observance held annually near the opening days of the South Dakota Legislature. Its purpose is to seek God's guidance for all leaders and citizens of our State, and to strengthen ourselves for the journey as we try to live as a responsible community of faith. It is an interdemoninational event and people of all faiths are welcome to attend.
This year's speaker is Ward Brehm. Ward is an entrepreneur and humanitarian from Minnesota and was recently a speaker at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C.
