Lisa Blake has been in the management field for over 25 years--from the corporate hierarchy to owning and operating three different businesses. Lisa has managed over hundreds of employees. Customer Service, Getting Along with the World (8:30-11 a.m.) From customers to fellow employees, working with people is not always easy! Let me teach you how to fine tune your business and take things up a notch--renewing and re-energizing  your management skills!
