South Dakota Kite Day
"Let's go fly a kite!" You can with the help of Pierre Elks Lodge #1953. All you need to bring is some suntan lotion and a bottle or two of water. They'll help you do the rest! It can rain or it can shine. Regardless, the kites will fly.
