South Dakota ProStart Invitational
Pierre will host the 7th annual South Dakota ProStart Invitational. Teams of students from eleven high schools will compete in two areas: culinary and business management. Food service industry professionals judge the teams. The top team from each division will advance to the National ProStart Invitational.

March 27, 2014. The competition is from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by the awards presentations at approximately 5:15 p.m.
Location
Ramkota River Centre in Pierre.
Fees/Admission
There is no charge to attend. The event is open to the public.
