Sunrise Yoga - The Longest Day
Thursday, June 21st is not only "The Longest Day" but it is also International Yoga Day. Celebrate both events by starting your day out with a 45-minute Sunrise Yoga session, on the front lawn of Edgewood. All skill levels welcome, class will be led by Gail Bowers with Ubuntu Yoga Center. There is no cost to attend, but a free will donation will be accepted. All proceeds benefit the Alzheimer's Association. In the event of inclement weather, the yoga session will be held indoors at Edgewood. What is "The Longest Day?" It is a day all about love - love for those affected by Alzheimer's disease. On the summer solstice, team up with Edgewood Senior Living and the Alzheimer’s Association by participating in Sunrise Yoga, and other events during the day. Together, we will raise funds and awareness for care and support while advancing research toward the first survivor of Alzheimer’s.
