Tales on the River
Short Grass Arts Council is proud to invite you to the third week of "Tales on the River". Ruby Gabriel is this week's speaker . Her first publication entitled "It's More than a Place....West River" is a historical adventure taking place in the Great Sioux Reservation, following the Deadwood Trail.
