Tasty Science: SDSU Ice Cream Research AND Making a Valentine Ornament

SDSU Dairy Science Instructor Howard H. Bonnemann will discuss the science that goes into making ice cream in "Tasty Science." After his talk, visitor can enjoy "Making a Valentine Ornament." All supplies for ornament making will be provided. SDSU ice cream will be served that afternoon as well.
