The Bridge at Remagan speaking event
WWII veteran Paul Priest will give an eyewitness account of the U.S. Army's capturing the bridge at Remagen. The crossing of the Rhine opened the way for Allied troops to drive into the heart of Germany and hastened the war's end. Accompanying Priest will be Lt. Col George A Larson, U.S. Air Force (Retired) who has written a book about the history of Ellsworth Air Force Base
