Grab a lawn chair or blanket and head to the Capitol Lake Visitors Center to hear a free outdoor concert performed by Miss "V" -- the Gypsy Cowbelle. Miss "V" will incorporate narration and music to depict the lifestyle of western pioneers and her personal connection to a homestead ranch in Wyoming, The program is made possible by a grant from the South Dakota Humanities Council, an affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities. It is sponsored by the South Dakota Historical Society Foundation, the nonprofit fundraising partner of the South Dakota State Historical Society
