Vigilante hanging and shady ladies of Missouri Ave presentation
Ken Stewart has a vast amount of knowledge of the history of central South Dakota. He will present some very interesting stories about lower Pierre Street. He will cover the vigilante hanging and "The shady ladies of Missouri Avenue". Lower Pierre Street was dominated by liquor sales, gambling and related businesses back in the 1880's. Coffee and cookies will be available.
