We will be collecting donations for the Pierre Area Referral Service! This organization helps feed families every week who are struggling with Food Insecurity. Our goal is to COMPLETELY fill our Peaceful Pines van, and we will need your help! Please bring any donations to our building. Thank you!
Spruce Top Porch Pot
Preregistration required, you MUST CALL 224-8832 to sign up! Fee: $10 PLUS the cost of materials. Finished pots usually cost between $50-80. Get ready for the Holidays with our Spruce Pot Planter classes. We will provide the greenery, branches, twigs, pine cones, bows, berries, pottery, & more for you to choose from. You may bring your own pot, if you can carry it by yourself. Staff will be on hand to give you ideas and to help you out. Call 224-8832 to register for this class! BEWARE OF SCAMMERS! Fall Walking Group - SDUIH & SDSU Extension
The SDUIH & SDSU Extension Walking Group is back for fall! Starting October 4th, we'll meet every Monday and Friday from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. Plan to meet at the SDUIH Clinic (339 S. Pierre St.), and when it gets too chilly, we'll move indoors to the new YMCA! The group runs from October 4-December 2. We are limited to 14 spots, so call today to reserve yours! 605-224-8841.
