Executive Director

Job Summary: The Executive Director provides consistent leadership for all areas of Countryside including community programs - the thrift store - financial management - human resources and strategic planning. The Director interacts regularly with office and store staff, volunteers, donors and the public. This is an opportunity to make a difference in your community - every day.

Desired expertise: Interpersonal and organizational skills are key. Knowledge of the community would be very helpful. Experience in financial/budget development, volunteer management, fund raising, marketing and public speaking would be wonderful but we will train the right candidate.
