Learning & Development Assistant

BankWest is actively searching for a detail-oriented Learning & Development Assistant to join our industry recognized department. BankWest is proud to be honored with prestigious industry accolades including Training MVP, CLO Learning Elite, and ATD Best awards.

The position will assist the Learning and Development staff in coordinating training strategies that support critical performance drivers, generate demand, fulfill line of business needs, and optimize employee development.
