What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair gas & diesel engines on small construction equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems
- Manage inventory and keep our fleet running strong
- Work independently in a well-equipped shop

What You Need:
-Valid SD driver's license & CDL (or willingness to obtain)
-1-2 years mechanical experience with gas/diesel engine diagnosis and repair
-Experience troubleshooting electrical systems on vehicles, equipment, or trailers
-Knowledge of hydraulic systems
-Inventory management experience
-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
-Computer skills for parts lookup, inventory tracking, and budgeting
-Physically capable of manual work and lifting up to 75 lbs
